Emotional wisdom is the ability to find balance between your rational and emotional selves, and to make productive decisions that integrate objective logic and subjective feelings. In practice, it looks like holding back from making impulsive decisions. It also looks like understanding where other people are coming from and why, and choosing steps that keep others feeling positive.
